I made homemade vanilla ice cream, just the usual recipe, and added chopped up Andes Mints – excellent combo!
Not too minty, and the Andes Mints had enough chocolate ooomph to still be tasty in the cold temperatures. We’re also considering trying the chopped Andes Mints in chocolate ice cream – gotta experiment!
